What a prohibition notice actually costs.

Under s195 of the WHS Act, an inspector who reasonably believes an activity involves a serious risk can prohibit it until the risk is remedied. On a live civil job that's stopped plant, idle crews, a stalled programme — and a regulator now looking closely at your paperwork.
