Pricing questions
Who counts as a user?
Everyone's free. SitePilot pricing has no per-seat component — anyone on the project can edit (with permissions) or view plans without affecting your fee. Viewers don't even need an account.
What happens when the project finishes?
Archive it. Archived projects stop billing but retain their full plan and version history, so audit evidence stays retrievable.

Yes — that's the Portfolio tier: one agreement across your portfolio, with org-wide templates, consistent legends and an account manager. Talk to us.
How is the fee for my project set?
By observable project scale — number of work zones and plans, active user count, duration. We scope it with you in the demo and the fee stays flat monthly.
