SitePilot exists because keeping a Vehicle Management Plan current — and getting it in front of everyone who needed it — was harder than it had any right to be. We built the tool the site actually asked for.

The story

Technology should work for the people using it.

SitePilot started inside real civil projects, watching site teams redraw the same plan in desktop drawing tools, print it, laminate it, and watch it go stale within the week. The gap wasn't drawing software — it was everything after the drawing: approval, distribution, versioning, proof.

So we built the living plan: a GIS editor site engineers can actually use, a publish workflow that captures approvals, and a viewer any subbie can open from a QR code. It was shaped on-site with Tier 1 contractors, and it shows.

SitePilot is built by White Rabbit.

White Rabbit is a Melbourne product studio, est. 2018, building bespoke hardware and software where off-the-shelf doesn't cut it — across property, civil construction, automotive, aviation and major events. SitePilot is its flagship product: the parent company does different work, but the same principle runs through both — technology should work for the people using it, not the other way around.
