Content on this site — including material about Vehicle Management Plans, WHS legislation, codes of practice, regulator activity and the glossary — is general information only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the legislation and codes of practice that apply to your work. Work health and safety obligations vary by state, by project and by circumstance; you are responsible for checking your own obligations. Statistics are attributed to their sources; verify them at the source before relying on them.

You may view, link to and quote the site with attribution; don't reproduce substantial parts, pass our content off as your own, or use our branding without written permission. Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and appear with permission; their appearance is not an endorsement of anything beyond what is stated.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to probe, breach or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
- Don't submit forms with false identities, spam, or automated bulk submissions.
