Welcome to SitePilot! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of White Rabbit Digital's Software, located at https://sitepilot.app. By accessing and using SitePilot, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use SitePilot if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

License to use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, White Rabbit Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SitePilot for your personal and/or business use, depending on the nature of the software and the licensing agreement.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from the following: (1) Any form of duplication, copy, or exploitation of the software for commercial purposes without express written permission from White Rabbit Digital. (2) Using this software in any way that is, or may be, damaging to SitePilot. (3) Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to SitePilot. (4) Using this software to engage in any advertising or marketing without White Rabbit Digital's express written consent. (5) Allowing any other person to use your account without prior express permission from your company’s senior management and/or White Rabbit Digital.

Your content on the platform

In these terms and conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on SitePilot. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant White Rabbit Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. White Rabbit Digital reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from SitePilot at any time, without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall White Rabbit Digital, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of SitePilot whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

Indemnification

By accessing the product, you hereby indemnify to the fullest extent White Rabbit Digital from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

White Rabbit Digital is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using SitePilot you are expected to review such terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of SitePilot. When terms and conditions are revised, you will be notified upon next login or via the email account associated with your SitePilot account.

Entire Agreement

These terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on SitePilot, constitute the entire agreement between White Rabbit Digital and you in relation to your use of SitePilot, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
