Where is SitePilot used?

SitePilot was originally designed as a safety platform for large civil construction projects.
It was designed to replace manual vehicle management plans (VMPs) to create efficiency, consistency and enhance safety on these large sites.
It has now grown to cover many other industries and applications including emergency services, recycling and transfer stations, snowfields, forestry, defence, ports, distribution centres - the list goes on.

How does SitePilot work?

SitePilot gives users a simple and intuitive set of features to easily create digital safety plans.
It is essentially a thoughtfully designed drawing tool with mapping, GIS and many other smart features built in.
The platform has been designed with direct feedback from the industries we support and continues to develop based on user ideas and commentary from real users in real situations to ensure the platform is truly user friendly and application specific.

What if I'm a student or community group?

SitePilot has a free version which has the full feature set of basic safety plan building that we offer to students and not for profit community groups. For students we see this as a learning tool for when they transition to the workforce and need to produce such safety documents for their employers and colleagues. For community groups we want them to have access to the platform to make events such as working bees, revegetation projects, community fetes, rubbish cleanup exercises and other community events safe, well informed and engaging to the locals and volunteers alike.

How can I try SitePilot?

If you are from one of the segments on our industries page and think SitePilot could be good for your organisation or project, please reach out to us on the contact form on our website.
If you think the platform could be used in your industry and you are not on our list, we would love to hear from you. And if you are a student looking to work in any of these industries and are currently studying, you can download the student version on our Student and Community page.
Same for community groups running not for profit events, initiatives or programs, please visit the Student and Community page and we hope our platform helps make your event safe, engaging and successful.

What costs are involved?

If you qualify as a student or suitable community project, SitePilot is free.
For other industry segments each segment has a different version of SitePilot with different levels of complexity and varying feature sets. As such the platform is offered on a per-project basis, with a flat monthly fee for access that is different for each specific version of SitePilot.
There is typically an onboarding cost for the more complex projects which includes training, assistance with building your initial safety maps, and then an ongoing monthly fee. For more static and simple industry segments and projects the costs can be very minimal even zero for onboarding and very low for a monthly ongoing cost.
